First Homebrew Magical Item: Help with finishing touches
A tattoo that channels energy from the planes :)
So, title, i don't necessarily need help with the more story stuff and flair speech and stuff... I am new to DND so i just want to know like what else is necessary, and is this balanced??? Thanks so much :]
EDIT: oop, i noticed i forgot some stuff so here it is: (Requires attunement) Casting time? - 1 bonus action, Charging - charges two uses after one long rest, max 3 uses i think(on the max uses). With one long rest, the player can change the tattoo to a different type of damage.
