Role question 1/21

I got an email from workday and when I went to do my paperwork one of the papers had a role listed of DS MP Village Merchandise (JM). Only one email had that listed and I haven't seen anything else (like an email) confirming my role so is that official? I'm just curious sorry if yall have heard this question before!
