Songs that are actually covers?

I recently discovered that a lot of songs played on Disney Channel or in DCOMs are covers (ex. One In a Million from Hannah Montana is a cover of an already existing song). The only other one I'm aware of is "Gotta Go My Own Way" from HSM2. I'm curious to know if there are any others people know of!
