Leftists and the minimum wage scam

Having a minimum wage is a foolish and ineffective concept that should be abandoned by both sides of the political isle.

It blocks people from getting a start in their career, when they might be happy to accept low pay in exchange for experience. And at the same time it is totally ineffective in moving workers up a pay scale over time, which is what should be the real goal.

We need a new system that provides a pathway up, from low entry level work into secure life long careers that pay large salaries.

But leftists are going to continue to harp on the minimum wage, and not seek anything better, for one reason. Leftists don’t genuinely care about workers. They just want to create strife and division. They literally rely on “community organizers” (more accurately should be called “community agitators”) whole goal (as described in Rules for Radicals, their Bible) is to create and exploit divisions in society.

We need to reject attempts to divide our society, and look for actual solutions.

So here is my thought. We need to link all related jobs (eg healthcare as an example) and provide a pathway up from top to bottom. So you start cleaning bedpans, but this leads up to nursing, which leads up to medical specialists, and eventually up to doctor. Each job should include training and testing that eventually enables upward mobility to higher paid jobs. What do you guys think?
