Is "Disco Elysium spiritual successor" going to be the new "Dark Souls of..."?

Because with the recent news it really seems like DE is going to become shorthand for a game that wants (and might not succeed) in having good writing, the same way people used DS in advertising to mean "this game is sort of hard, kinda"
