Is Citlali worth it for Diluc?

Well I wanted to add Capitano in my roster but since he doesn't seem to be coming back anytime soon (though he could be revived), I'm wondering if Citlali could make my Diluc go infinite and beyond, specifically with Plunge Diluc.
