Does this happen to other people?

Happened while doing a tz run, not sure if this is normal as it's never happened in prior years or play D2:LoD. Was just curious if this has happened to others?

I'll add the other image but it would be a different topic. That run found a gc +1 bow skiller w/40 life. After being stuck in the vast void of the map
