Having little success drilling into concrete with the DCD778

I’m using the hammer drill setting on the DCD778 with a Tapcon bit that came with the tapcon screws. It takes a lot of effort and time to get to 1 inch deep.

I tried putting pressure, not putting pressure and allowing the drill to do the work, I just get nowhere. Only when I put a lot of pressure for a good minute do I see some progress (1/4th of an inch maybe). But reading online this shouldn’t be that hard. Is this not a good bit for my tool? I assume the hammer drill setting should be good enough to go through concrete. Am I missing something?
