*NSFW* What are these crater like holes on the backside of my penis shaft?

Male, 23, Caucasian, 5’8”, 160 lbs. I first noticed these when I was about 12 or 13 and they have not gone away, and I’ve had them before any sexual encounters so they shouldn’t be STD’s or STI’s. They seem to be related to hair follicles as about half or more of them have very thin hairs protruding out from them, 1 hair per ‘crater’. Very rarely but occasionally when squeezed a minuscule amount of white puss comes out. Some of these craters run a few millimeters deep as show by the picture with the tweezers. They look unsightly to say the least (worse than the pictures show) and have caused me mental anguish for longer than I care to admit, and they also feel like hard bumps and you can even hear them when rubbed together (almost a clacking sound). I’ve done plenty of research and nothing remotely close has come up, the only pictures and/or description I’ve found that matches was on this exact Reddit thread;

If anyone can help me identify what this is, and who I should go to see about them. Just any dermatologist? A urologist? If it’s not something that can be fixed with medication I would like to have surgery to fix this if possible.
