Verifying ID

hey ! so i’m new to depop payments as i’m in australia and they’ve only just come out here. i signed up and recently made a sale through it, but i don’t have a drivers license or passport to prove my identity, and apparently those are the only forms of ID depop accepts? I have government issued photo ID, my birth certificate etc and they won’t accept it. what do i do? i’ve been in contact with support and they’re no help
