Anyone else get annoyed when sellers say "dEpoP pAymEnts oNly" or is it just me

Like what if I want to only use PayPal and I only can use PayPal cuz tbh I don't even know how to use depop payments. Like whats the difference and whats the huge deal? can someone please elaborate?
