Universal Passport Services - Worth It?

Has anyone had any experience using Universal Passport Services on Rambler Rd.? Wanting to expedite passport and while I know it can be done without using a middleman and extra fee, being pressed for time with a large family, I was wondering if the service or others like it can actually offer help in helping walk through the process as a one stop shop.
