Waiting for the demise of loot thieves

So you know when sometimes SENSELESS MURDER happens to stumble upon your poor soul and kills you for absolutely no reason while you were finishing faction missions, they steal your shit and then go ahead and get your plea, is it just me that if another team kills them, I take my stuff back and walk off? I'm a damn medic vest user so it usually try my hardest to rez , but when this fools steal my stuff, I'll steal it back
