Renewal

Hello, hoping someone could help me out before I have to call the DMV, ugh! My tags were expired for 1 month and a half and I didn’t realize. I paid it this weekend just for peace of mind and then got my car smogged on Tuesday. Just checked the status and this showed up. I don’t understand why it says a date in the future?!
