Paying to lift suspension question?

On May 30th I paid online through the mydmv to get the suspended lifted. I just logged in today and under “driving privileges” it still says it’s suspended and gives me the option to pay. The money 100% left my bank and I have a confirmation email from NYSDMV proving I paid that includes a transaction number. Do I need to go in person to get this sorted out since online it’s saying I haven’t paid? I feel like it should’ve gone though their systems by now considering that I paid on May 30th around 12pm
