traveling domestically

hi guys ! I have reached out to my lawyer’s office, but have been having a hard time getting an answer, and this is a little time sensitive so I hope it’s OK to ask this here.

I have a flight coming up this weekend from Philadelphia, to Orlando Florida. In my specific situation, though my Daca is active and doesn’t expire until May 2026, I recently renewed my license online, and still have not received my physical license. Though I have the paperwork from the DMV stating my license is current, and would be planning to bring my most recent approval notice along with my EAD, I am concerned that using an immigration identification document could put me in a scary predicament. I’m questioning if daca can still protect me , since i do have a removal order from when my parents attempted to gain asylum backand were denied , ordered to depart voluntarily.. and didn’t.

Have any of you been traveling domestically inside of international airports since Trump came into office? have you guys experienced or seen heightened immigration processing? I saw a video of a man arriving back into the country through Orlando Florida airport, where he had to go through extra processing, and witnessed many incoming travelers that had travel authorization documents and were not being let back into the country.

though I know it’s not the same circumstances, as I am not planning on traveling out of the country, this seriously has me and my husband reconsidering our trip to avoid the risk altogether. is this likely an over reaction? it’s not a essential trip and ultimately, keeping our family together supersedes the need to travel for this. i just can’t help but wonder if i’m over thinking this ?

I don’t post on Reddit very much so I’m sorry if the format is weird. I am attaching a link to the video of the man sharing what he experienced at the Orlando florida airport
