Case Pending Since May 2021 PLEASE HELP!

Hi guys, I need some help. My daca case has been pending since May 28,2021. I had originally taken my finger prints at that time and nothing has changed since then. I think that waiting almost 5 years without them accepting or denying it is extremely ridiculous. I also currently have a U-VISA case pending as well and since 2022 and nothing has changed for either. What should I do or is there anyway to get anybody’s attention? Any help is greatly appreciated guys. Thank you!!
