How do we do e-verify self check?

So I’m trying to do e-verify self check and I can’t. It sends me to USCIS verify identity and if I put what it asks it says it is invalid. My wife whose green card holder is able to see hers with no issues. Is it because of DAca ? Have anyone done that?
