Has anyone resubmit their application?

For context, I submitted my DACA renewal request on 11/15/2023 and my work permit expired on 03/15/2024. I am stuck on "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS". I am desperate at this point and wonder if anyone has tried to resubmit in the hopes of having the new case assigned to another service center other than Nebraska?
