Why does DACA renewal vary for everyone???

Last time I renewed my DACA it took 3 weeks to come in the mail. This time, it’s been over 6 weeks and still waiting for my permit to come in the mail. I don’t understand their timing. And I’ve noticed people in this sub are waiting over several months. To make matters worse my permit expired yesterday so now I can’t even work. I’ve been consistently renewing it since back in 2015. It just seems strange to me.
