Is 265 accounts normal as a digital CSM?
Hi,
I am just looking for a quick sanity check. I am currently drowning with 265 accounts as a digital CSM in tech. 160 of those are actively managed and I am responsible for everything post sale (implementation, training, qbr's, upsell, renewal, support escalations). The other 100 or so I am reactionary (they ask for pricing on x product, they want a training, etc).
My boss claims this is normal but it feels damn near impossible to stay on top of everything with 40 renewals a month. Is this normal for a digital CSM in tech? Thanks!
