People with Pituitary Tumors

I have a quick question, no I don't know for sure I have cushings, although it's suspected, nor do I know if I have a Tumor. But I do have a question.

Starting a few months ago I was having heaps of headaches usually low pain but still constant and bothersome and it was accompanied by a bit of vertigo when I would stand up or sit down too fast. Today, I had a concerning situation I was sewing when all of the sudden I started having some weird pain on the right side of my head and neck with it mostly centralized between my eyes like behind my nose.

Only way I know how to describe the pain was like being in plane by yourself and it keeps pressurizing and your ears feel like they're going to pop but they don't, but all the sounds dulled too like trying to talk to someone through a closed window. But it was also accompanied by a throbbing headache and pain when I swallow but only on the right side. When I tried to walk I was experiencing vertigo and it felt something was pushing against my eyeball and my neck.

Has anybody else experienced that or did I just have some mini stroke or something? Lol if feels like someone blew up a balloon behind my nasal cavity
