I'm looking for a zombie apocalypse loot mod!

Hey! If you've seen those old minecraft zombie roleplays, you know what I'm talking about, but I'm pretty sure that mod was made specifically for servers and it's out of date as far as I know.

All I want is loot that appears on the ground that relates to an apocalypse if possible, something that doesn't involve chests. Guns, bandages, random food or drink items, knives.
