Very unhappy with my WNC order
I got 3 different types of flower during the sale: Chem de la Chem, Caked Up Cherries and PB&J. I can't complain about the PB&J, but the other 2 are terrible. The chem burns very fast, to the point you have to put the fire out in the bowl. It's extremely dry. Old batch maybe? The caked up cherries? It's the worst smelling weed I've ever sniffed. It's like mothballs meets damp basement, musty, suspicious for mold. I looked at the flower, broke buds open, didn't see anything obviously wrong but I'm afraid to smoke it. I tell all this to customer service, they give me a coupon and refer me to their policy. They say they don't give store credit based on aroma or dryness. Ok I get that you can't please everyone, but I don't think the aroma of the cherries has anything to do with the terps, and is 100 percent caused by the environment it has been stored in. The smell is so off-putting that you don't even want to smoke it, even if you thought it was safe. What would y'all do? I said I wanted $40 store credit for the cherries. I think this is more than fair. With the coupon, I paid $42 for the cherries,(not including tax, shipping and route ) What I really want is to be refunded, but store credit would be better than nothing. They haven't responded to my email about the store credit.
