Three trophies away from platinum and a few aren't working. After some research it seems to be that the added content has affected the base game trophies?

I just need to get this straight. Apologies if this has been asked before. SO..

Even though there are separate trophy lists for the DLC, the additional content AND the huge increase in time to get said content blocks you out of base game trophies? I'm talking skins/fleeces/cards.
