When you started cuckolding, did you want anything yourself?

My wife and I are currently at a bit of an impasse due to me wanting a one off expirience of my own outside of cuckolding, something i really want to do at least once in my life. She has said absolutely not, and me feeling that this is slightly unfair it has stopped us from returning to the lifestyle.

Has anyone had this sort of issue, I don't personally feel like I am unreasonable making one request while she will get to enjoy as much fun as possible for as many years as she wants.
