HDFC limit increase

Hi All, I have been regularly utilising my Regalia (not gold) card for last 4 months hoping for upgrade to DCB. My current limit is 8L. Today I checked that I have received a limit increase to 9.7L. My question is should I go for it. If I avail it will it not hamper the card upgrade. Thanks.

PS - no T&C and with T&C apply. 😂
