Good buy or not?

Been looking for a manual, c6, 06-13, base, no red or yellow, no engine work, <100k vette for 4 months now. KC, MO area. No luck. They’re either 8+ hrs away, have engine work/cams, 2005s (don’t want that diff), automatics, yellow, red, or high mileage. The only other viable option was wrapped and had moderate cosmetic damage to the T top, door and bumpers, and had two service warnings so I walked away.

I saw this one before but I wasn’t excited about the price, 24k. But I looked on autotempest and there aren’t a whole lot of clean, <100k Mile manual coupe vettes under 20k. I bet I could haggle down to 21-22k at time of purchase.

Is this a good buy? New clutch but otherwise looks super clean.
