Should Lattimore be back next Season?

I'm sure like everyone I was excited when the team picked up Lattimore as I saw it as a sign of the Commander's getting an outstanding cornerback a "shutdown corner" as they say.

I haven't been impressed and his penalties and want to fight attitude especially the latter, is this maybe the reason he was traded away?
