Reasonable price for these? Sell individually or as a lot?

I’ve done a bit of research looking for pricing, but since I don’t know a ton about Comics advice would be appreciated!

I have a number of comments that I’m hoping to sell that I came into possession of. Pricing is all over the place for these, so I’m not sure what a fair market value would be and if I should sell them individually or as a lot.

Help please!!
