No mails at 43201

HI all. I live in 43201 while not receiving any mails for more than a week though the informed delivery system shows I have mails back to last Monday at least. I understand the heavy snow last week might hinder the delivery but now it is over a week. I have to send e-mails to USPS to ask for help and see what happened. Just wonder am I the only one with no mails arriving at all or others also have the same problem. Thank you!
