Colourpop x Twilight Eyeliner Issue

I got my Colourpop x Twilight colab set today and my green eyeliner seems watery and thin. I’ve tried shaking it up and mixing it up and it is just not it. The other two are perfectly fine. Anyone else experience this? Should I contact the company? TIA
