Crappy Pc or Xbox Series S

My friend has a Series S and I am giving him my old pc parts, I had a 1060 with an i7 2600 and it was running vangaurd with an average of 80-100 fps with the 1% lows around 60, would you recommend he just use his series S to compete as we play in the CCL or use my old crappy pc, I’m wondering if he should use the pc because players like ghosty and gwinn used low end pcs in challengers getting 90fps instead of the next gen consoles and was wondering if 90 fps pc was better then 120fps console, lmk y’all’s thoughts and what you guys prefer.
