Buying CSP help?

SO

i have been using clip studio paint for a while and stopped when i as gifted an iPad. I got myself procreate and I cannot explain if it’s the program or the device, but something about drawing on procreate just makes my hand feel dull and weird. I’ve also tried ibis paint but got a completely, different, close to using CSP feeling when drawing. HOWEVER nothing has come as close to CSP.

I really miss it and now that I’m becoming an adult and will enroll in an academy focused on digital art I really want a product I can set on.

i would love it if somebody could explain to me the different plans especially for the prices. I’m mostly looking for info about EX.

I use an iPad because it’s easier to move around with it but I also have a Wacom tablet + windows laptop and I’d love to know if you suggest for me to get it on one or the other because I heard on iPad it’s subscription but not on windows. And which choice is better
