Publishing the Clan Notice is a nightmare!

Within 24 hours, literally a 100 players storm into the clan and with the same pace, they leave the clan as well.

My purpose of posting this is not to criticise the new feature. It's doing its job quite good and is also a great addition. But I want to tell these players to develop some patience and consistency and stop flooding from clan to clan.
