2024 Si Cost?

I'm currently looking to buy a 2024 Civic Si. A local dealer listed one in black at $31,500, but the price has since increased to $36,500 for the “true cost” or total due. I haven’t bought a new car since 2015, therefore I’m not very familiar with the process. I anticipated taxes and title fees would be over $2,000, but the dealer also added nearly $3,000 for “accessories” without specifying what they include.

Could anyone who has purchased a new 2024 Civic Si share their out-the-door price? I’m primarily interested in the true final cost of the vehicle, rather than interest rates or monthly payments. I plan to continue comparing prices across different dealerships.
