Need advice in Michigan doctors please

Hi there! I've been struggling really bad with my health in and out of ERs I get super dizzy but all of my vitals are normal I am si dizzy I can barely see everything sounds and looks weird my face and ears tingle my face and hands like specifically finger tips are cold I can't really due to flare ups from eating I am constant really bad fatigue migraines ECT ECT ECT I've been in and out of ERs to the point of getting turned away I can barely sleep incant really get out of bed or eat my doctor hasn't been really doing anything about it I need help im in the Michigan area and I'm seeking a doctor who will get to the bottom of it immediately and help me with treatment as fast as possible even if I have to do CONSTANT back to back testing I will !! I just can't living like this so if anyone has any leads please let me know! I am in Detroit area but willing to travel a hour even though I cant really handle leaving my bed and I have HAP & Medicaid with no income so I can't pay out of pocket but if anyone has any leads please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
