Friend died of Overdose

My friend died of an overdose yesterday. He was a born again christian but would go off and on. Recently his GF broke up with him and for the past months he went back to drinking, Drugs, partying gambling selling drugs etc. Yesterday we got a call they found him dead in a motel room. I know we shouldnt judge any soul but your opinion is he in Hell or heaven?
