I’ve worked with Chick Fil A for around four years and my last day is this Wednesday, I figured it would be fun to hear other peoples experiences with dumb questions that we get asked every day. Me: in full uniform walking back behind the counter from running a tray

Guest: “hey, I see you here all the time! Do you work here?”

I CAN’T EVEN FATHOM THE THOUGHT PROCESS BEHIND ASKING THAT??

(And I 100% thought he was joking until I stared at him blankly and he didn’t smile or say anything else until I went “yes, I’m here everyday because I work here haha” awkwardly)
