Still in training after 4 months

Greetings all! I have been working at my location for 4 months (almost 5) and I still have my "in training" thingy on my badge and am still classified as being "in training". This seems a tad bit excessive to me, as I feel like I'm pretty decent at my job by now and can be considered a "full fledged" employee who is not in training. I've asked around and some coworkers say that they got to take theirs off a few weeks after starting and some were even longer than my time before they got to take the sticker off. And then there are also some brand new employees who are related to team leads/managers who got to take theirs off like a week after starting, which sucks. Anyways, long story short, I was just wondering when y'all got to take off your in training badges! UPDATE: i took it off lol
