Fatal (Character) Weakness' in villains

I love when Lex is defeated by his sheer Ego, like in his battle with Doomsday in the Death of Superman, yes it was dumb of him to 1v1 Doomsday, especially in hand-to-hand combat when his laser worked pretty effectively, but it's clear his ego told him that he was smart enough to make a machine that could stand up to doomsday. or how he always underestimates the justice leauge I really like the idea that Lex Luthor doesn't know that Clark Kent is Superman, since he cannot Fathom that Superman would choose to live as a normal person and wouldn't try to take power or bask in fame and aggrandizement 24/7. I mean a lot of people in real life complain that Superman is "unrealistic" since if he had those powers he'd be evil, which is exactly what Lex thinks (at least in a lot of adaptions) that's why even when he is being more moral. He hates Superman since he cannot conceive that He'd choose to be a good person and wouldn't have ulterior motives. Something else I like about Lex and Syndrome from The Incredibles is how they complain that Supers overshadow them because of their powers and that it's unfair when both have borderline or actually have superhuman geniusness ness that gives them an unfair advantage over most people, including the heroes a lot of the time I mean they casually do many things that a lot of supers can't. I mean Bob can't fly, (As far as I know, none of the heroes can replicate his Zero-Point energy, or build like-like Ai, etc) I mean his Robot was able to kill most of them and would have killed Bob if Syndrome didn't stop it. And Lex can make suits that can take punches from Superman, (sometimes makes Doomsday), etc. It shows how hypocritical they are and how blind or even 'dumb" they are ironically

I also like the idea that the Riddler IS smarter than Batman, but his Ego won't let him, not spill his plans or leave clues. Similar to season 5, episode 14 of Brooklyn 99 The Riddler's main weakness is his ego and that he needs everyone to know just how smart he is and how he does all of his crimes. To him, there is no point in committing a crime if people don't know how smart it is, and by extension he is.
