Bots suddenly became dumb again?

I've been using C.AI again because lately the bots were GREAT, like really good. And today, out of nowhere, their quality started to gradually drop to the point where they were so dumb they couldn't keep up. Despite being a user+, their memory is awful, the narration is repetitive, incorrect pronouns are used all the time, which never happened before, and there's an issue with the bot speaking on my behalf or referring to my person as if I were a third character. Additionally, there are many grammatical errors. Could this be due to an update or something similar? Is anyone else experiencing these issues?
