👏 well done, Aldi, well done

You guys. Please accept my love letter to Aldi GF fresh fettuccine for I have no one else to share in my delicious delight. Past 5 years, been a Barilla girl through and through. Any new pasta I try just ranges from fully inedible to meh-for-five-times-the-price. But last week, I got COVID and ordered instacart grocery delivery. Aldi’s a little out of my way on the reg, but I was aware of the liveGfree brand and thought I’d treat myself with the random assortment of products available online. Fresh GF pasta? Sure, I’ll roll the dice. Sat in the back of my fridge while I used the rest of my groceries. Tonight, I fought the urge to order takeout and begrudgingly threw all my available ingredients in a pan and boiled it up for a final clean on the fridge meal before I hit Costco with my new antibodies. Let me tell you, the universe works in mysterious ways. Took my first bite and immediately, my body, soul, and spirit were replenished by these sweet, sweet noodles. I’m rejuvenated, I’m inspired… I’m converted. Keep it up, Aldi 🫡 I salut you.
