Disability

So I learned celiac disease qualifies as a disability and was wondering if anyone knew where I could apply especially bc I live in California. It’s really hard having to watch for cross contamination, being left out at events and just all the stuff us fellow celiac people struggle with. Would anyone perhaps know?
