What's so bad about "common ownership of the means of production" as described in the Church definition of Communism?

Obviously, socialism as defined by the Church, e.g State Socialism is bad, and it doesn't take that much logic to say so.

But what about my question? Didn't the Apostles practice common ownership within each other, according to Acts? Why is common ownership bad then? Or is it only condemned when you are forced to hand over your property, but not when you consent to it? What about Anarcho-Communism when it's only for those who want to live in it?
