Good cat trees on Amazon for under $50?

My cat is a 2 year old female tabby and weighs about 12lbs or 5.4kg. I recently received a $50 Amazon gift card as a holiday gift and want to get my cat a tree. Now, I'm a newbie so I don't know what a quality cat tree will cost me. I've seen prices range from $20-100. She's not much of a climber, but she does love perching and sleeping in den-like places. I will pay extra if I need to, but preferably I'd like to stick to $50 if that's possible.
