I have been advised to on a "sun beach holiday" every year for a medical condition. Where is everybody's favourite destination which fits the bill?

As you can tell, I've recently had a consultation which has recommended I take a, actual quote, sun beach holiday for, at the very least, two weeks of the year as I most likely need more sun and relaxation in my life to help with my condition which is triggered by stress and lack of sun exposure.

The problem is I don't even know where I'd consider going. Spain? Portugal? I was toying with the idea of going somewhere in the southern hemisphere post September when it starts to become summer there so I basically get the 8 days of summer we have here plus another 2 weeks of summer somewhere else.

For regular sun beach holiday go-ers, where would you recommend? Ideally as this has to be an annual thing somewhere within Europe would be pretty great. Beach resort/hotel would be ideal.
