Need help with a crowncoins redemption

Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong sub to ask but I’m fairly new to Reddit and whatnot. So I just hit enough on crowncoins to be able to redeem, but when I try to redeem via ACH it pulls up another window and wants me to login to my bank to connect it in order to redeem this way and my bank I use is not available for me to login to… what happened to providing my account and routing numbers for ACH transfers…? If anyone has redeemed from crowncoins and can help me out I would really appreciate it.
