Borrow limit

Does anyone know if borrowing your limit then immediately paying it back will increase your limit at that time?

I had $300 out for about a week and I just repaid it and it went up to $400.

I just took out 400 and then repaid it and it didn't go up.

I guess I'm wondering if I keep doing this will it go up? If not I don't want to pay the extra taxes on the borrow and then not have it go up.

Also what's your borrow limit? Just wondering what the max is
