I’m broke but have a slow puncture with screw in tyre. I’m hoping it can be repaired instead of a replacement (since I physically cannot afford a new tyre)

Noticed my tyre going down but not fast. Only was able to see this screw when the ground was dry enough for me to check. I have no money for a new tyre so I’m hoping this is repairable
